In spite of the rain, people from different countries of the Caribbean came through last Saturday for the 36th annual Caribbean Parade. The attendance was far than last year's, however everything went as scheduled. There was also a lot of concern about Ted Kennedy's funeral that took place the same day, and on Friday, the City made it clear there were enough Police Officers to cover both events. See pictures
